WHO WE ARE

We are a highly-experienced team who specialise in operating event and festival bars, serving crowds all over the UK from 1,000 people all the way up to 100,000.

We pride ourselves on the speed and quality of service, as well as providing a comprehensive product offering which is tailored to the clientele.

We provide a full-service package for our clients which begins with the first phone call, progressing to pre-event planning then actual on-site delivery, finishing with comprehensive post-event reporting.

ACTIVATIONS & CONCESSIONS

Looking to launch your product or activate your brand at events around the UK? Look no further. We put on and work in collaboration with a number of festivals and events from 5,000 to 80,000 people. Partnership opportunities may also include listing your product on our bars, where fees and retros can be discussed.

In 2024 we were involved in events such as Summer Series & Fireworks at Alexandra Palace, Godiva (Coventry), Soultasia (Maldon), Hospitality (Beckenham), New World (Chelmsford), Siren (Bristol), Oktoberfest on the Common (Clapham Common) and many more.

From Jagerbombs at Oktoberfest to a refreshing Pimms in the Garden at Summer Series or Signature & Jubel bringing their vehicles on-site to dispense beer, we have a mixture of events that cater to all crowds & ages. If you are looking for activation but without a container or unit, we are able to supply/source and staff this at a cost.

TRADER MANAGEMENT

Our event catering division is called Festival Food Solutions (FFS). We work with a huge variety of food and other traders and manage these operations at the majority of the events we are at, thus creating a one stop shop for all your food and beverage needs. From small bespoke street food boutique stands right up to mass market, rapid-serve units we can procure and programme anything you need for your event.

We’ll put our 20 years of experience to work and create a bespoke package perfect for your audience. From our established network of brands to industry experts and trustworthy sub-contractors, we’ve got it all covered.

Relax on the day

Our team will deliver and set up everything you need, deal with all sub-contractors, manage staff on the ground and provide realtime revenue reporting so you can monitor sales.

See the stats & get paid!

We’ll provide reports on how the day went to help improve our collective operations year on year. We’ll also provide a clear statement of how much you’re getting paid, and what it’s for.

Broadly speaking there are 3 ways of working together...

Revenue Split

The most common method whereby we split all revenue with you on an agreed percentage.

Profit share

Ideal for newer and more complex events such as camping festivals, we pay you an agreed percentage of any profit after all costs are taken into account.

Management fee

If you already run your own bars operation but feel they would benefit from being overseen by us, to drive profitability and introduce new activations and products.
