Beer Festival Equipment Hire
Running your own Beer Festival? We can hire you the equipment to serve from 1 to over 300 real ales at once – all complete with coolers, cooling jackets, racking, stillages and taps. How does it work? The coolers pump cold water around the cooling jackets that insulate all the casks. No melting ice packs, no mess, but constant reliable cooling power. We can also supply shelving that fits onto our racking for all your BIB & cider needs.
Craft beer walls are also available, serving up to 6 products and we can link multiple walls together, all with guaged regulators and direct flow control taps. Want traditional swan neck or T bars for your keg dispense? We can do those too.
Hires are usually based on installation Wednesday/Thursday with collection the following Monday. We can also supply bar counters, fridges and keg dispense equipment all in one package.
We offer an equipment collection service direct from our warehouse for complete system hires below 37 casks. Please be advised if you plan to serve over 36 casks as we insist we complete the installation with our own technicians. We can of course deliver anytime day or night but additional charges may apply.

Let us do the rest
We’ll get all the equipment together and make sure it’s fully tested and sparkling clean. We can deliver to anywhere in the UK, or if you prefer you can collect from our warehouse in Milton Keynes.
Relax on the day
Our professional technicians will install all the equipment and don’t leave the site until it’s fully tested and you know exactly how it all works. Enjoy your event with the peace of mind that we’ve got it covered.
We'll collect again
We’ll return on your specified date and time to disassemble the equipment and pack it all away. Quick & efficient, we'll be out of your way in no time.
