We work in partnership with a number of event organisers and promoters organising and managing festival bars at various venues across the country including The Royal Bath and West Showground, The Matterly Bowl and Catton Hall.

We communicate with promoters and organisers directly creating a bespoke bar solution to compliment your event including licensing, bars placement, staff, drink selection, accountancy, stock auditing and equipment. We are not tied to any brewerys or suppliers and we have a free range on products.

Working closely with promoters ensures the best fit operation for your event, this means anything from making a specific cocktail available to providing a tokens system. We cover all the necessary risk assessments and method statements as well as of course being fully insured.
