Cash Bars

Cash Bars where guests pay for their drinks over the bar just like you would do in a pub.

All our cash bars come with everything required to create a fully working bar in a temporary environment, including but not limited to aluminum LED down lit bar units, our standard bar menu (this can be tailored to your requirements), glassware, trained bar staff, draft equipment, fridges, ice and all bar sundries.

Less than 80 Guests

We charge an up front non refundable deposit this covers our fuel, staff and a small amount of stock, please contact us direct for more information.

Between 80 and 500 Guests

We charge an up front deposit, this deposit covers just our fuel and staff to and from your venue this deposit is then fully refundable £1 for £1 provided we meet a pre agreed total revenue on the day of the event.

Example: A bar in Central Milton Keynes using our standard menu open for 5 hours for 80 people with two bar staff. Deposit of £200 + VAT, minimum revenue on the day £1000, Bar take on the day £1150 we refund to you £150.
